Who are Consumers In Focus?

Consumers In Focus provides sensory related services to the FMCG (food) markets. The primary goal is to reduce risk by establishing and optimising product acceptability, using proven sensory research tools in a timeous manner.

Consumers In Focus was founded by food professionals in 2006 to satisfy a growing need in the food industry for outsourced independent sensory services.

We are NOT a Market Research Company.

What is Sensory evaluation?

Sensory evaluation is a science that measures, analyzes, and interprets the reactions of people to products, as perceived by the senses of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch.

It is used to improve communication between working colleagues AND with consumers.
